The easiest way is to submit a quote request on our website. Tell us what you need covered, provide your measurements, and we'll send you a quote. In your quote, we'll provide material recommendations at different price points. You can also call us at (800) 970-0901 Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CT
We have a measuring guide and diagrams on our website that walk you through exactly what to measure for each cover type (chairs, sectionals, grills, islands, and more). If unsure, just reach out and we'll walk you through it. We ask for exact measurements, and we'll the needed wiggle room on our end.
Yes. Provide your exact dimensions and we'll build in the appropriate ease. This is typically 1" added to length and width, with height a half inch shorter so it does not drag on the ground.
Absolutely. We usually provide quotes at multiple price points across different fabric types so you can compare and make the best decision for your budget and use case.
Fabrics & Materials
We offer a lineup of performance-grade outdoor fabrics across three tiers: Performance, Premium, and Luxury. This includes Sunbrella Marine, SeaMark, HarborTime Edge, WeatherMax 80, Recsystem, and Stamoid Light. Each fabric has different strengths in terms of water resistance, UV protection, durability, and feel. Visit our Materials page for a full breakdown.
It depends on your environment. For harsh winters with heavy snow, Stamoid Light and SeaMark are great choices. For intense sun and heat, Sunbrella Marine and WeatherMax 80 are better suited here. We're happy to make a recommendation. Just tell us where you're located and how the cover will be used.
We do offer waterproof fabrics. Our fabrics are highly water-resistant and will shed rain effectively, but seams are not 100% waterproof. We do seal the seams which has worked for many years.
Yes. Sunbrella Marine is one of our most popular fabric options and is available across our full product line. This includes products from patio furniture covers to grill and outdoor kitchen covers.
Fit, Construction & Features
Because every cover is made to your exact specifications, we have a no-return policy. However, we do stand behind our work. If a cover doesn't fit correctly, we'll make the necessary alterations. Customer pays for shipping unless the issue was our error.
Most covers include external Velcro straps automatically. Other options like drawstring, buckle straps, or turn buttons are available. Some fasteners will be charged extra. See our Fastening Options guide for help choosing the right option.
Turnaround & Shipping
Production typically takes two to four weeks depending on complexity and current order volume. Contact us for our current lead time. All estimates include current turnaround as well.
Yes, expedited production is available for an additional charge. Let your customer service rep know your timeline when you order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Warranty, Returns & Policies
Yes. We honor manufacturer warranties on our fabrics including Sunbrella, SeaMark, and WeatherMax. Warranty coverage varies by material. Check out our resource center for warranty information.
Illinois customers are charged applicable sales tax. Customers outside of Illinois are not. Businesses with a valid resale certificate should provide it at the time of order.
